Using customers from Different OU in Sales order form

HI All,

We have a requirement where order is created in one operating unit but would like to have the capability of choosing end customer location on this order from a different OU. Standard OOB will not allow this per my knowledge but Is there any type of setup that really allows this?

Any inputs?
