Swapping iSeries Enterprise Server Hardware

Hi,

We are in the process of upgrading our enterprise server hardware (iSeries), the serial number will change but our O/S version will remain the same.  Will this require new licenses for JDE?

We are currently at version 8.10 tools release 8.98.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
