how to start voting disk

hi, we have a RAC 11.2 with two node and we need to close the machines becuase it's necessary move one node and the votig disk in another place.
the storage which is on the san probably will be turn off.
what are the best practies to shutdown all and starting?
Are there particular commands for voting disk.
