Performance problems from Oracle database to SAN disk system

Hi everyone!

We are struggling with a performance problem and are searchingfor the bottleneck(s). We have a quite large (do I think) E1 installation. We have 3 webserver (9 jvm s in total) serving about 500 concurrent users, 24/7. These webservers are connected to 1 application server (24 CPU, 32 GB RAM), and then we have 2 more application servers, 1 for scehduled batches, about 200 every day, and 1 app server for BPEL/BSSV integrations. These 3 application servers are connected to 1 Oracle Standard Edition database running Windoes 2008 R2 SP2 64 bit version11.2.0.2. All disks to the DB is placed on
