PO Line tax amount is different than the tax line amount associated to the PO line

On Line 3 of the attachment the Po line is showing a tax amount of 0.01 but the Tax line associated to lien 3 is showing $101.97 which is correct.  Because the PO line3 is not showing the correct amount it is affecting the Uninvoiced Receipt report at month end. Any asssitance would be appreciated
