Install APEX on Winodws and PL/SQL application Migration

Dear Oracle,

My current application is on PL/SQL gateway of HTTP server of Oracle AS 10gr2, with Oracle11gR1 database. It is a 3-tier web application.

I am planning to use Oracle APEX, as the middle tier.

Questions

1. Can APEX 4.1 be installed in Windows 2008 64bit?

2. Can APEX 4.1 used on Oracle11gR1 or R2?

3. Can APEX on windows and database on Linux?

4. Can an existing PL/SQL application migrate into APEX? Any Oracle documents/instructions I can download/follow?
