I know that oracle 10g premier support ended almost two years ago. The exended support will end in July 2013. Does the extended support require signing new contract and everything? When we did the support renewed after the premier support ends, does that mean it automatically go into sustained support if we didn't sign contract for extended support? I understand that for 10g 10.2.0.5 will have the extended support. What about 10.2.0.3? Will this still have the minimum support if we have the sustained support? These support issue is a little bit confusing for me. Can anyone in oracle comment on this maybe?
