2011 Bonus does not apply to used assets

There seem to be multiple patches to apply for the 2011 100% bonus depreciation methods in Oracle R12 however I do not see any that accomodate Bonus restriction on used assets, it should not apply at all on used. My thought is to move them to a separate asset category to which bonus would not be assigned but is there a better approach ?

Also, does not apply the correct vehicle limits so seems I need more patches. These have been applied in R12.1.3:
