OPM to ASCP - Forumula, recipes and routings are not collected

We are working with a client to implement OPM (11.5.10.2) planning on to ASCP 12.1.3.6  versions.

Data collection from source to destinaion in the decentralized environment is working fine.  We can see all the end items in the collections workbench.  However, forumala, recipes, routings are not coming through.

Any pointers as to what may be missing and or incomplete in the source side is much appreciated.
