What does the error:" Line Type does not match enabled purchase bases" mean?

We are upgrading from 11i to R12 and I am setting up a new document style for service PO's.  On the Document styles page, I have entered the Name and Display Name under the enabled Standard PO.

Under Commodities, when I choose Line Type "Specified" and then select Services from the LOV and click Apply, an error appears saying "Line type Services does not match the enabled purchase bases."

What does this mean?  I was able to set up this document style in another environment without issue.
