Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

I am in the process of implementing OM in 11i...

I wanted to know is there any setup by which i can restrict a customer after sale of a certain Qty.

e.g: I have customer A, whom i wish to sale only 1000 units of Product A.

I want to auto restrict from preparing Sales Order for that customer, if he crossed his Qty Limit.
