Reversal of all Transactions

 Dear All,
 we are having a serious issue , due to template error  the cost of the items was reflected as quantity and vice versa. and the users had performed the transactions for a month period and closed that , Is it possible to deplete all the on hand quantity and load back the correct on hand and perform transactions through API . Is it possible to reverse all the inventory transactions through miscellaneous issue and load corrected on hand and price. please suggest a way forward for us . your response are quite crucial for us .
we are using R12.2.3 please advice
