Display bar Value in BI report

How can i display amount in chart .

EX. I created chart to dispaly each organization and number of employees (Organization will be in X axis and count of employees will be in Y axis ) how can i display the exact value for each organization on it's realted bar .

Hint :I'm using create chart wizard.
