MFS and R12

I just upgraded from 11i to R12 and then to R12.13. In 11i we are using olite 10R2.
We have the following step in upgrade document

Migrate to the New Mobile Field Service Application (conditional)

Oracle Mobile Field Service has been redesigned for this release. If you use this product,complete the steps described in Oracle Mobile Field Service Post-upgrade
Instructions for Oracle Applications Release 12 (Doc ID: 386682.1).


Any suggestion what needs to be done with that ? I fell we need to re-install the olite !
