EDR configuration for OCSG 4.1.

hi,

may i know where can i find the full EDR configuration setting in Oracle Website so as to add on the EDR configuration for new capabilities used in my OSSG 4.1

I'm interested to get EDR , CDR and Alarm EDR for my following operation in both SMPP Facade and Parlay X sms operations.

1) receivedMobileOriginatedSMS

2) receiveDeliveryReceipt.

This is currently set in my EDR configuration of my system (see below) . it works fine, except when OCSG fail to send the Originated SMS or delivery report to application provider, there's still CDR generated but actually application provider did not recieved it.  We can find the error in default.log but not in EDRs.
