Source From Org in Planned order -Supply Demand screens

Hi,

Using unconstrained ASCP, we would like to have a sourcing defined such that item's primary sourcing is Supplier and other inv.orgs acting as secondary/teritary sources. How do I setup the sourcing rule

where recommendation is always from supplier,but planner needs to manually over-ride this and select another Inv.org in the Source Org field on planned order in supply-demand window ?  I've tried setting up all the

inv.orgs as Rank2 suppliers with 100% allocation but that doesnt help. Please help.
