Changing the Display order of Related Account Lists

Afternoon,

Just wondered if anyone knew how to change the order of Opportunity or Contact lists so that they display either by date or with the Primary as the first Contact on the list when viewing from the Account Page?

I have been looking for an option in the related Page Layouts but to no avail.
