How to reset Exadata KVM password

hi,

i was trying to access KVM through web portal https://ip_address/login.php as trying with default passwd welcome1 but dont sure about the userName . is it Root ? or Admin?

if i want to reset the password how can i do that?

another point..

if i want to provide access to oracle support for remote login through KVM how can i do that?

one more point:

i have check there is no authentication when using KVM from Exadata Rack. is it possible to use authentication in that case?
