Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How to enter Last ACK NO, Date or OA No date on Sales order

Hi,

We need to define OA NO/Date or Acknowledgement No and Date on sales order header. Is there any provision or existing columns where

we can define this.

Or what method we need to adopt to fulfill our requirement.
