How to add new lines in supplier's BID using Oracle Sourcing 12.1 ?

Hello

How to add new lines in supplier's BID  using Oracle Sourcing  12.1 ? . 

In some case supplier want to Bid the line existing in the RFQ and want to add a variant  related to a similar item.
