Cancel OR Final Closing PR Erroring

Hi,

I am tried to Cancel and also Final Close one PR but both process giving following error;

"You Budgetry contol action completed with error"

Following is error;

Procedure PSA_BC_XLA_PUB.Budgetary_Control returns an error without any details to the calling procedure PO_ENCUMBRANCE_POSTPROCESSING.execute_gl_call. Please contact your support representative.

Please help to resove this issue.
