ZFS future goals (roadmap)

Hello,

No doubt ZFS is great!

It's seems by now to be broadly known it isn't intended to be a shared file system on its own, which seems could be achieved pairing it with clustering software.
Perhaps the notion of "scale out" could also be achieved with clustering software as well.
What I would like to know is if we can expect the above being incorporated to ZFS itself someday.

Perhaps its design doesn't suit that at all and it shall continue to be a single box general solution.

I think its missing better or redesigned monitoring tools towards pools, filesystems and volumes observability/statistics.
