ilom access oel 5.8

we have installed the ilom port on all our linux servers(OEL 5.8)... when we select redirection and it brings up  the gui, we get two mouse pointers, one white and one black.... the black one works within the desktop (red display), if we need to go outside the desktop to applications/place/system then the white one works... this behavior only shows up in the ilom, i have x windows session using exceed and they're ok..

according to oracle this is a know bug, but they have no solution..

has anyone found a solution on their own to this problem...
