RLM Matching Attributes and duplication of SO Lines

OK, here is the scenario.  I have Optional Matching Attributes set to PO Number and PO Release Number in RLM Processing rules.  Removed the Request Date and Time so that expectation was that if an item came in w/ a Request Date of 02-May-2012 00:00:00 and respective PO and PO Release it creates a new line in SO.  Subsequent schedules are processed daily with the same information so no action on this SO Line.  Then on 4/29 they changed the Request Date to 07-May-2012 00:00:00 with the same PO and PO Release.  I would expect the DP would see the
