Error in BIP

Hi,

I am execute the report from standardalone (using SQL Query) and some times I am getting below error message in the log files.

050712_105816450][oracle.apps.xdo.servlet.resources.FileResourceProvider][STATEMENT] Failed to get read access to   /Reports1/Product_Detail_Report/xdo_sample_data.xml: count = 0

[050712_105817063][oracle.apps.xdo.servlet.resources.FileResourceProvider][STATEMENT] Failed to get read access to  /Reports1/Product_Detail_Report/xdo_sample_data.xml: count = 2
