Package body MGMT_LOG hangs on recompile.

I'm running Grid Control 10.2.0.5 with a 10.2.0.1 database on RedHat 5.x 64bit.

The MGMT_LOG package body hangs when I try to recompile it.  It's the only INVALID object in the database.

Anyone know how to get around this?
