One of two User-Defined Metrics not sending out an email

Greetings,


  I have two User-Defined Metrics (UDM).  From these, I created a Monitoring Template.  Then I assigned the UDMs to each of my production instances.

  During testing I would lower the warning level to test each UDM.  Both would raise the warning alert.  One sends out emails as registered with the OEM, the other does not. Both UDMs are simple SELECT statements returning counts.

  Any ideas on how I can fix this?

  Second question:  Where is the captured data from these UDMs stored?  Can I query some views/tables in the OEM instance?
