Testing required after Patch 16 apply on 11.2.0.2 database

Hello experts,

    I am applying Patch 16 on my Oracle database. Version 11.2.0.2 OS . Windows 2008 R2. We have a PeopleSoft Campus Solution application hosted on our database.  What kind and level of testing is proposed after the patch is applied in the database.

   Appreciate any advices.
