JBO-26041: Failed to post data to database - when Adding to Cart a Contractor Request

Hi,

Creating a Contractor Request in iProcurement, when clicking Add to Cart button, the JBO-26041: Failed to post data to database appears and cannot continue entering the requistion.

Same location value was set up in POR: Default Location system profile at responsibility level, iProc preferences setup and Financials Options setup. This location value defaulted when creating the request.

I am working in 12.1.3
