[Sybase][ODBC Driver][Adaptive Server Anywhere]Table 'S_REPORT' not found

Hi.

I am new to BI Publisher and  My intention is to convert a custom actuate report to BI publisher report.

 I was going through the 'Steps to convert the report objects to Integration objects'  section of 'Converting  Reports  from Actuate to BI Publisher'.

The above documentation asks us make sure we have an ODBC conection  to the 'local tools database' .

When i run the run_ioc command i get the above error.

I have refered to the doc id 1061885.1 and that is where it is refered as below for the error i mentioned. Please refer the bleow point number 3 I have extracted from the same doc.
