ORA-07445: caught exception [ACCESS_VIOLATION] at [joe_is_compatible()+129] [0x0000000004D6614B]

message is seen in the alert log on a continuous basis and errors are recorded in the cdump\core.log file.

Excessive .trc and .trm files being generated continuously is occupying disk space at a fast rate.
