Payment Administrator (Payments) Setup shows as "Not Started" after upgrade from 11.5.10.2 to R12.1.
Hello All,
We upgraded from R11.5.10.2 to R12.1.3. The Payment Administrator (Payments) Setup status shows as "Not Started" after upgrade from 11.5.10.2 to R12.1.3 for all Tasks. Is this common after upgrade and needs to be done manually? The Upgrade Guide does not list these under as Post- Upgrade steps given under Oracle Upgrade Guide Part No. E16342-04.

Please advise if this is an error in the upgrade process or an expected behavior that needs additional manual steps, not listed in the above mentioned guide.
