Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. BI Publisher (MOSC)

What do i need to do to get BI-publisher menu to function in word 2010 on windows 7

I installed Bi- publisher 11. without amy error

I open up word withe the Bi publisher menu item but non of it will work on clicking it any ideas
