What table in the payroll cycle would hold old data and bring that into the Federal Tax Report.

During the payroll cycle old data for one employee comes into the journals and ends up on the Federal Tax report.  Checked the F07353 and it is clear until journals are run and then it contains this old record from October.

We checked all the files that hold payroll data.  The F06290 was clear, the F063951 has some old records but not the one we are looking for.   Is there another file that holds tax data or just old records that needs to clear besides the ususal , F07350, 07351, 07352, 07353, all clear.
