M4000 Amber Led on the XSCFU is "On" and XSCFU is in Hang State!!

Hello,

We have M4000 installed in our NOC.Amber Led on the M4000 is "on" and it is giving no display at all via serial/network ports.Also i dont have any dump of XSCFU.Now i just want to know that when i will replace the XSCFU then what will be the behaviour of my domains.Will they be able to boot?because rest the hardware is same but XSCFU is new with no dump taken.

1.What will be the behaviour of DSCP? do i need to setup it again and after that my domains will be able to boot? is there any way i can get information of the previous XSCF configuration.if i do not setup dscp then my domain will be able to boot?
