advanced pricing for whole cartons required to attract a discount but part cartons should not

Client wishes to encourage customers to purchase an item in whole cartons (CR) which they have previously ordered as "eaches" (EA). There are 5 EA = 1 CR. To achieve this they want to used advanced pricing to apply a discount for 5 EA (1 CR), but if they order 6 EA then the 6th EA is at base price with no discount to be applied. And so on for 5, 10 15, 20 EA quantity breaks...

the current pricing UOM is EA but the client is able to set up new UOM conversions from EA to CR, if required for this solution.

The client is not concerned if the unit price is "blended" on an indivual sales ortder line for 6 EA, for example.
