duplicate transaction in MMTT/MMT for WIP move trasnaction backflush

Hi

Move transactions stuck in Pending move transaction cause component issue error , fix the error then resubmit pending move transactions , found WIP component issue transactions duplicate in MMT and MMTT.

This issue occurred in 12.1.2.
In 11.5.10, same issue occurred for completion backflush.
Is there any patch can solve this issue?
