resynchronize with DIAG

Hi All,
one of our customer is facing the following issue, they are currently running IBM AIX and Oracle 10g R2 with patch set 5.

FIX9322219: kjzhrepl.sessnum_kjzhrept (1) and data.data_kjzhadat.num_kjzhsdat (8) are out of sync
kjzhresync: trying to resynchronize with DIAG
Mon May 07 13:47:00 PAKST 2012
kjzhresync: timed out
