TAF service: Preferd and availabilty

Hi experts,
actually, we r running 2 node rac (10.2.0.4) on AIX6.1. we required to create a TAF service in which insance1 will be prafard and instance2 will be available. 
now question is if use this taf service in client side. then all  clients will always only connect with Node1 and will go to node2 when node1 will be off.
