Will Refund functionality works good with Lockbox

Hi,

We have the Payments imported from other system thro Lockbox. We have issues in having the credit memo created for these transactions to pay the refunds (for RMA). My question here is will the refund functionality works good with payments imported thro Lockbox.

We are trying to create credit memo for refunds and its failing, please help me to check if there is any setup issues in our system.
