How to Replace the Globe and People Images of the Release 12 Login Page

Hi,
I am trying to replace the globe and people images of our Apps login page (12.1.3)

I found some metalink notes regarding this, 473539.1 and 7411459.1 ,  but I can not find the attributes mentioned in Personalize Page :
   Image: people image
   Image: globalTop image
   Image: global image

Please see the screen capture image. Any advise please..
