R3482 fails in thin client, but works in fat client

Hi
 We are running E1 9.0 with Tools 8.98.4.6 with Russian localization. When we run a R3482 report from thin client and then try to see output PDF it fails with error "UBE: Retrieve of UBE file failed. The file may not exist on Enterprise Server". F3411, F3412 and F3413 tables are empty. When we run the same version of this report in a fat client it seems that it works good - PDF says that report generated successfully and we have some data in F3411, F3412 and F3413. What should we do to resolve this problem?
