Inventory Module- How to import sub inventory and locators details for an already existing item in O

Hi All,

I have a requirement where in I have to design a conversion which will import subinventories and locator information for an already existing item in inventory.

Is there any API or interface program which will be perform this relationship ?

I found two interface tables

MTL_SECONDARY_LOCS_INTERFACE and MTL_ITEM_SUB_INVS_INTERFACE  but doubt if this will work.

any pointers or guidance will be appreciated.
