Service Request Status change event is not firing.The Owner is not getting email notifications.

Hi,

I did the setup for Service Request status change notification rules, eventhough not getting email notifications.As per the requirement whenever the status is changed to closed the owner should receive email notifications.

Navigation: Service>>Setup>>rules>>Notification Rules>>Event:Service Request Status Changed>>Condition:To Closed>>Notify:Owner>>GIven Standard Template.
