Monitoring OMS 12c

Hi Everyone,

I would like to find out what others are doing to check the health of the OMS.  We are in the process of using CC 12c for all our jobs etc and need a process to Monitor the OMS to make sure it's up and the jobs system is running successfully outside of EM12c if possible.  Any and all suggestions, experiences would be appreciated.  The OMS currently is on Linux 64 bit.
