FSG reports error in 12.1.3

Hi

We are upgrading 11.5.10 to 12.1.3 and once the default process that copies over the data to the new R12 instance, the FSG reports are failing with error (PERF0005: Oracle error detected in get_def_ldgs - ORA-01403: no data found).

Any ideas what might be happening here.
