3 part checks

I am able to create the 2 part checks with the row count at the bottom.  but my company's need is to produce a 3 part check with the invoices listed at the top and the bottomw and the pay to in the middle.  i can create the lists of invoices using fixed row enumeration, but when i do that, i no longer have the G_CHECKS group printing.

Can you advise what i did wrong?
