Linking to Journal Detail in Workspace 11.1.2.1

In version 11.1.1.2, if you drilled down into a data grid to the account level, right click and select entity details ... you could see the journal detail within Workspace.  In version 11.1.2.1 it does not seem to show up.  I have both versions running (in seperate environments) and am comparing the exaxt same data, and the old version 11.1.1.2 shows it and the 11.1.2.1 environment does not.  Is there a preference or setting somewhere to enable this?  I can't seem to find anything.  I have a very annoyed user that relies on this functionality.
