Argentina Customer Form: Where does the values in the "Context Value" come from?

When trying to create a new customer in Argentina Accounts Receivables responsibility, in the Account information section, there is a field called "Context Value".The drop down has the values of Argentine Customers Information, Chilean Customers Information, Colombian Customers Information and Greek Customers Information.
Where do these value come from and how are they used.

Steps:
Log in with Argentina Receivables Responsibility
Go to Create Customers form
When creating a new customer, look for the "Context Value" field. The values are Argentine Customers Information, Chilean Customers Information, Colombian Customers Information and Greek Customers Information.
