How (if you can) do you recieve Blanket Orders through the Receiving Open Interface?

We have successfully been using the Receiving Open Interface to receive orders through our home grown warehouse management system (wms) for years with very little issue.  We now need to receive Blanket Orders.  I'm just wondering if you can receive blanket orders through the ROI?  If so, how (what fields need to be flagged, etc...or documentation that explains how)?  Any info would be greatly appreciated!  I've searched and I don't find a lot of correlation between blanket orders (releases) and the ROI.  I'm hoping we can still use that API but I simply am not sure what fields need to
